Samuel C Berger is the Principal of the Law Firm dedicated to serving the legal needs of small businesses and individuals.
Mr. Berger’s practice includes corporate and business law, immigration law matters, commercial and residential real estate, trust, estate and taxation cases, and consulting services to small business owners and high-net-worth individuals in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Berger earned his Juris Doctor ( J. D.) degree from Seton Hall University Law School. In addition, Mr. Berger holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Berger is a graduate of Robert College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and was on the Dean’s List.
Mr. Berger has over 40 years of corporate and small business experience. Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Berger served as an officer of a major Fortune 100 financial firm in New York City and as an associate of a prominent New Jersey law firm.
Mr. Berger is admitted to practice before the Courts of the United States Tax Court, United States District Court Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York, United States District Court of New Jersey, The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and The Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Berger was also an adjunct Professor of Business at New York University for over ten (10) years until recently.
